The Chinese Giant pepper plant may be compact (reaching 2 ft. tall), but it produces large, nearly squared, thick-walled bell peppers that grow to 4-6 inches long. Ripening from dark green to a bright cherry-red color, this is an amazingly sweet pepper that can be harvested at either stage.
